In case you hadn't heard, courtesy of a frozen water pipe and fantastic service from our insurance provider, Perk Reichley of Reichley Insurance, our locker room level will be basically brand new. We suffered extreme damage to the carpet and halfway up the walls in the basement, and a few lockers took the brunt of the leak! The wall repair work is completed throughout the basement, lockers being put back in position and all that remains is for them to provide carpet samples for Zachary to pick his color. The water line break was up in the kitchen, extensive repairs were made there too. The work is nearing completion by Maximum General Contractors, they have done a fantastic job!

Thank you so much for all your help. With Tim being out of town eight months out of the year, I was really nervous on how this would turn out. As I hope you know by now, we are so grateful for everything you and your company has done for us.

The patience, support and education you showed me during this process was over the top. I appreciate you and your staff constantly checking in on me and giving me updates. I especially appreciate the way you catered to me by taking me shopping for the cabinets, doors and paint colors. I would have never been able to make a decision without your help.

Your persistence with the insurance adjuster was remarkable. I don't think the guy liked the fact that we had hired a company that knew their stuff. You were right. There is a big difference in a contractor and one that specializes working with the insurance companies. Everything you told me was dead on. I appreciate your honesty throughout the process.

Tim wanted me to also thank you guys for keeping him in the loop while he is out of town. I know it was really hard on him not being able to be home to help in the decision making process. He is so thankful for you guys and especially to our agent who gave us the name of your company.

Our house is now our dream home. I walk in the door every day still shocked at how beautiful it is. The work your company does is exceptional. I sent Tim pictures and he can not believe the transformation. I think he is really excited to get home for the holidays and enjoy our home.

All of you feel like family. I know it was a long process for all of us but I truly can say I met some of the finest people I have ever come across in my life. I hope we can maintain our friendship for years to come.

We wanted tell you how excited and happy we are with all the work your company did for us. Your thorough evaluation of our loss was very comprehensive. The technology you used to put together our claim was impressive.

We remember the from the very first time we met, how comfortable we were after you left. You spent so much of your time reassuring us of the chain of events that would unfold. I remember telling Mike after you left, I felt like I could open up a construction company with all the knowledge you shared with us.

There would have been know way for us to know what we actually needed or deserved. It was amazing watching everything you told us unfold. Just like you said, the first adjuster would more than likely not approve everything we needed to complete the task. At that point, if it were not for you guys and your expertise working with insurance companies, we would have probably just excepted what they gave us and tried to fix the damage ourselves. What we ended up with was a masterpiece.

Your extreme patience and experience showed from day one. Mike and I were looking over the paperwork before we filed it away and he noticed that you guys got us 328% more than what they offered us in the initial meeting with our adjuster. That is so incredible. We cannot thank you enough.

I wish more people knew their were companies out there like yours. As you know, we also are so thankful to our insurance agent for referring you to us. He went over and above and we ended up winning out.

One more thing before I conclude, I want to let you know, you have some of the best employees I have ever met. Please make sure you thank them from us. Their passion for their jobs showed every day.

We had a contract to sell our home and during a visual mold inspection they determined there was some mold in our crawl space. The prospective buyers reacted to this news with great alarm and we under pressure to try and determine the extent of the mold finding and what we needed to do. I had contacted another company first and had them come and give me their recommendations and assessment. I discovered Maximum General Contractors, LLC and learned that not only did they do mold remediation but also offered a 5 year warranty so I called them for a second opinion. Sean McCartney (the owner) returned my call right away and asked me to send him the inspection report and explain the situation. We scheduled a visit for them to come out the next business day and evaluate our crawl space. The day after their visit I received an e-mail with their recommendations and Sean also phoned me and verbally went through their findings and answered any questions I had. He was very helpful and explained that it was a minor amount of dormant mold on some band boards and very resolvable. Although they were swamped with business they were willing to fit us into their schedule since we were in the middle of our home sale negotiations. They came and completed all of the remediation in one afternoon and we had a post test done the following day which showed that the remediation was very successful. As soon as I notified Sean of the post test results he e-mailed me the 5 year warranty which is transferrable to the new owners after the sale of our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Sean and Maximum General Contractors, LLC after my experience with them.
